I apologize for the confusion my book may cause due to the different order they are teaching the course these days.  Here are some tips on how to navigate through it for the first few weeks:

First, study Lesson 1 in my book to get important review of Trig and derivatives.  You will learn about inverse trig sooner than they intend, but this is important to do now as it keeps showing up throughout the course.

Then, proceed to Lesson 11 (L'Hopital's Rule).

Then, proceed to Lesson 14 (Parametric Curves), but OMIT questions 4 and 5 (d) at this time.

Then, proceed to Lesson 15 (Polar Curves), but OMIT questions 2 and 3 at this time.

At this point, the course pretty much goes back to Lesson 2 of my book and proceeds from there until the end.
