In question 5 a and b, of HW4, although the question asks you what "percent" is such and such, Web Assign marks you wrong if you enter the percent.  Instead, enter the proportion (the decimal value).  For example, if you calculated that the proportion is .1234, enter .1234, do not enter 12.34%.
