I just wanted to warn you to be careful when inputting your answers in Web Assign.  For example, in the question where you are asked to compute the correlation coefficient, r, by hand, be sure to do what the headings in the table tell you to do.  Those of you in Andrew Morris's class are given different headings than what I use in my study book.  That also means you would have to divide the total differently at the end in order to get the correct value for r.  For those of you who are told to just compute "x - x-bar" but not divide by Sx and "y - y-bar" but not divide by Sy and then multiply those two columns together and get the total, you will divide your total by (n-1) Sx Sy.  Which is to say, multiply (n-1), Sx and Sy together, then divide your fifth column total by that product to get r.

 

Also, in question 3 of that same assignment, make sure you follow instructions as to how many decimal places to use when carrying your results over to the next part of the question.
