My final exam prep seminar for Stat 1000 will be Saturday, December 5.  It will be in Room 100, St. Paul's College at the UM campus.  The seminar runs from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.  There will be breaks, including about a 40-minute break for lunch around 1:00.

The cost of the seminar is $40, and you pay at the door, cash or cheque.

At the seminar I will go through two practice exams, trying my best to give you insights in the way to solve exam-like questions.  I will send the practice exams out to everyone who has registered for the seminar, so please be sure to register, and also watch your inbox on Friday, Dec. 4 for the practice exams.

Please be sure to bring your calculator to the seminar and your tables for the Standard Normal Distribution (z scores) and t Distribution (which includes the z* and t* critical values for confidence intervals).  You do not have to bring a copy of my book.  A student does not need to have my book to benefit from the seminar.
